If you have any questions not listed below please
1-877-503-9047.
Is a prescription required?
Yes! We require a prescription
for all medications available on our website. Just like your
local pharmacy we require a valid prescription from a physician
licensed to practice in your area of residence. NOTE: We don’t
accept computerized slips, empty bottles or labels.
Can you transfer my prescriptions from my current
pharmacy?
Unfortunately, we cannot transfer prescriptions to our Canadian
pharmacy. We must receive a faxed copy of the original signed
prescription.

Can you fill prescriptions from American doctors?
Yes we can, once one
of our Canadian doctors have reviewed and approved your prescription
under his/her Canadian license.
Is there a limit on how much I can buy?
Yes. The maximum you may
purchase is a 3 month supply of each of your medications, provided
that you have a valid prescription for that supply of medication.
If your physician writes a prescription for more than a 3 month
supply, we can refill your prescription as you require.

Why can Prescripnet.com only fill a prescription
for a maximum of 3 months?
Due to regulations put into place by the FDA, American citizens
are only allowed to import a maximum of 3 months worth of medication
for personal use. Any amount above this 3 month limit is not considered
"personal use".
Is the dispensing fee charged for each prescription?
Our dispensing fees are included in our prices.

Do I get charged a shipping charge for every
prescription?
Shipping charges are $15.00 USD,
per package (not per drug) for prescription items.
Do I have to pay any taxes?
No tax is applied to orders.
Prescription medicines are tax-exempt.

How do I pay for my order?
We accept Visa and Mastercard
and American Express. If you choose to pay by American
Express however, please be aware that American Express, unlike
Visa or Mastercard, does not allow our pharmacy to charge in
US dollars, therefore you will see a charge on your statement
in Canadian dollars that has been converted into US dollars.
The price may vary slightly depending on that day's exchange
rate.
Will you accept my insurance?
Unfortunately no. We are
located in Canada and because of this we cannot accept any foreign
insurance. We will provide you with a proper receipt for insurance
purposes. Your insurance company may or may not accept our receipts.
Are the prices listed in Canadian dollars or
US dollars?
All prices are listed in US dollars,
the price you see is the price you pay, no conversions are necessary.
The only exception to this is if you choose to pay by American
Express. American Express, unlike Visa or Mastercard, does not
allow our pharmacy to charge in US dollars, therefore you will
see a charge on your statement in Canadian dollars that has been
converted into US dollars. The price may vary slightly depending
on that day's exchange rate.
How long will my order take to process?
It takes at least 10 - 14 business
days to process your prescriptions once we have your COMPLETE
patient profile and your VALID American prescription, plus 7 to
10 business days for shipping. The entire ordering process can
take up to 30 days to arrive at your door.

What can delay my order? Your order can be
delayed if you:
- Do not fax your original signed prescription in promptly
- Do not answer all of the questions asked on the medical health
questionnaire
- Do not submit your credit card information via the online
order form or telephone
Or if:
- the doctor and/or pharmacist requires additional information
from you or your physician
- you have an international order in which case shipping time
may be longer than normal
- there is a discrepancy between your written prescription and
what you have ordered
May I return merchandise?
Prescription drugs are non-returnable.
The Pharmacist shall not accept the return for use or re-use
of any portion of any drug or non-prescription medication (Alberta
College of Pharmacists Standard 5.1 (m) Standards of Practice
- The Pharmacist, Jan. 1, 1996)

Can I buy Valium, Tylenol #3 or similar medications
from your pharmacy?
We legally cannot ship any narcotic
or controlled substance across the border. We also will
not sell any habit forming medications.
Are all drugs available in Canada?
No. We do not have all
medications that are available in other parts of the world. We
do have the majority of medications available in Canada.

Are all drugs less expensive in Canada?
No. The majority are less
expensive, but there are exceptions.
How does the quality of Canadian medications
compare to American medications?
The Canadian government has very
strict requirements for the manufacturing of medication
in Canada. These requirements are very similar to the requirements
in the US. Some of the the drugs sold in Canada are actually manufactured
in the US and repackaged for sale in Canada. Generic medications
are all manufactured in Canada under Canada's stringent requirements.
Why do some drugs have different names in Canada?
These are trade or brand names
registered by the manufacturer. In different countries
manufacturers will often use different trade names. The medications
have the same active ingredients, but may look different and have
a different trade name. (For example Prilosec (U.S.) and Losec
(Canada), or Augmentin (U.S.) and Clavulin (Canada).
What if I don’t have a copy of my prescription?
If you do not have a copy of
your prescription, with your permission we can contact
your doctor and have him/her fax the prescription directly to
us.
Why does my prescription medication look different
than what I’m used to taking?
Prescription medication,
or the packaging it comes in, can have a different appearance
in Canada than it does in the United States. Pills may be a different
shape or colour than you may be used to receiving but the medication
has the same active ingredient. Our licensed pharmacists ensure
that each and every prescription is filled with accuracy.
